What are some of the possible benefits of membership in the WCC?

Current Definition of Reclaiming Witchcamp

In order to encourage maximum creativity among our communities, we offer a minimum definition of what constitutes a Reclaiming Camp:

A New Camp Joining the WCC

Any new camp that wishes to be considered a Reclaiming WitchCamp and that wishes to affiliate themselves with the larger Web needs to communicate that desire in writing to the Witch Camp Council using the e-mail address at the end of this section.

That written communication needs to express: After the written proposal is presented to the Witch Camp Council and the Witch Camp Council reaches consensus to acknowledge the new camp, the Witch Camp Council will appoint a "Grace" to the new camp.

New Groups or Guilds Joining the WCC

The WCC is open to any groups or guilds of five or more people that consider themselves essential to Reclaiming camp community and culture and that embrace the same guidelines as we have established for camps.

The groups or guilds who wish to join WCC must show their interest, as with any new camp, by writing a letter of interest and submitting it to the WCC using the e-mail address at the end of this section. That written communication needs to express: New groups or guilds will choose a person from amongst themselves to represent them, including at face to face and on-line meetings.

The WCC will aid new groups and assist them in getting a letter into the system.
